  2. Get the milk carton and trim the top part. Leave an estimated six inches sized carton box. Cut the string to about six inches long. You may also want to braid three pieces of string to create a long-lasting and thicker wick.
  3. Melt the wax using medium heat and wait for the wax to melt for around ten to fifteen minutes. Break old crayons in small pieces and pour everything in the mixture to melt. Remember that in order to achieve the right consistency, always make sure that the wax is fully melted.
