What payment methods do you accept?
We accept any major credit card and PayPal.
We can ship your order with FedEx, UPS, or USPS (or whatever carrier you prefer). And we offer discounts on large orders.
In fact, if you buy ten bottles of the same type at once, you’ll get 10% off! Our goal is to make sure that every customer has a bottle that fits their needs.

How long does it take to process my order?
1. When you place your order, we will process it within 1-2 days of receiving payment, and email you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out.
2. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.
Some orders may take up to 7 business days to be delivered due to different location or an item not being in stock at the time of purchase.
3. We ship all over the world so that everyone can enjoy our bottles!

The usual shipping times range from 5 – 15 business days depending on your location.
however, most packages arrive sooner than that.
If there’s ever an issue with your order processing, we’ll always reach out to let you know what happened and when it should arrive.
How will I know when my order ships?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
1-Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2-Orders placed before 3PM ET will ship that same day.
3-Orders placed after 3PM ET will ship the following business day.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $75.00 USD!

When will I receive my package from you?
Bottles are shipped via UPS and can take between 2-5 business days to be delivered.
There will be a tracking number and carrier name as soon as it has been shipped.

Can I return an item for a refund or exchange it for something else?
We hope you love every purchase you make. But, we understand that sometimes it is necessary to return an item.
You can easily do so by following these simple steps.
1) Click on our Return Policy page and follow the instructions.
2) Send your product back with a copy of your receipt and include your name, email address, order number and phone number in case we need to contact you about anything regarding your return.
3) Ship the product using a trackable method (i.e., UPS or FedEx).
4) Once received, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund or exchange request.
Plastic Spray/Splash Cap
A great way to package an alcohol beverage is by using a plastic splash cap.
These are sometimes called spray or spritz bottles.
The caps generally use the pump mechanism to release.
The liquid contents in an aerosol-like fashion – ideal for carbonated beverages and salad dressings!
