  • Food poisoning 

If you suspect food poisoning, drink plenty of fluids and avoid solid foods until your symptoms improve. If your symptoms worsen, seek medical assistance.

  • Severe bleeding 

If you start bleeding due to an injury, apply pressure to the affected area and seek the nearest health professionals.

If you’re traveling with a companion, divide tasks among each other to make the situation more manageable. If you’re alone, contact a nearby authority figure, such as a hotel staff member or local police officer, for help.
