Salmon

This fish is the common name for several species of ray-finned fish in the family Salmonidae. Nutritional Benefits, a serving of salmon 3 to 4 ounces is about 200 calories. The fish is very low in saturated fat and a good source of protein. It’s also one of the best sources of vitamin B12. What is COD fish?

Codfish usually came from the sea of the eastern Atlantic, the Barents Sea in northern Europe to the Bay of Biscay off France and around Iceland.  The main sources of Atlantic cod are Norway, Iceland, and the Russian Federation. COD fish is a good choice for health-conscious people who would like to reduce their fat intake. The fish is a low-fat source of protein and contains a significant amount of iodine, which is an important mineral for thyroid function. 

Tuna

A tuna is a saltwater fish that belongs to the tribe Thunnini, a subgrouping of the Scombridae family. Tuna meat is one of the healthiest fish that is rich in protein and contains many vitamins and minerals. Yellowfin tuna is one of the most known tuna on the market. It has a mild, meaty flavor that some say it’s similar to swordfish. Tuna is the best partner with Salad vinaigrette dressing and roasted lemon potatoes.

King Crabs

Alaska King crab is rich in high-quality protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Health-wise it’s good for your heart, muscles, joints, and even your brain. King crabmeat is snowy white with streaks of red. It has a sweet, mild flavor that’s often compared to lobster. Like others, King crab is best to partner with potatoes, coleslaw, and corn on the Cob.

Scallops 

Scallops are shellfish that are highly prized for their delicate texture and taste. When cooked properly, like a quick sear in a hot pan, they are deliciously sweet and tender.
