How to prepare for Nag Tibba trek?

Trek to Nag Tibba can be challenging during the season of winter, due to the presence of snow. On the next day, as you will be trekking close to 11 km that requires a good amount of endurance you need to hydrate yourself as chances of dehydration and muscle cramps are very common.  It is advisable that you must start jogging about 2 weeks before the trek.  Being in touch with the activities like cycling, swimming or any other cardio workout is very helpful at this time. To prepare your knees and thigh muscles for descent, whereas, workout is incomplete without stretching, so always recollect stretching earlier and after your workouts.
