Solution 1: Use an automated instrument to clean the printhead.

Solution-4 Replace any ink cartridges that are empty or low on ink.

  • To begin, make sure the tray is loaded with the right paper stack.
  • To turn on the printer, push the power button.
  • The cartridge access door must then be opened. Wait until the printer is in an idle or silent state before proceeding.
  • The black ink cartridge must now be removed from its slot.
  • After that, take the replacement cartridge out of the package and pull the tab to release the plastic tape.
  • It’s important not to touch the copper-colored metal contacts or the ink nozzles. If you do so, you’ll end up with clogs, ink failure, a faulty electrical connection, and a hp printer that won’t print black ink.

  • The reliability or quality of non-HP or refilled ink cartridges is not guaranteed by HP.

Solution-6 Examine and clean the hindrance in the carriage path

Clear any obstruction found in the carriage area of the printer.

  • Ensure that your printer is ON. Now you need to eject the power cable from the rear side of the printer.
  • Next, open the door to access the carriage area inside the printer.
  • Check for any crumpled paper, dislodged labels in the carriage path, and then remove them.
  • With the help of your hands move the carriage in both directions to make sure it moves freely.

  • Reconnect the power cable to the printer and to the wall outlet.

Solution-7 Reset your HP Printer

Resetting the hp printer may resolve printer failure errors on the control panel.

  • Firstly, disconnect the power cable from the rear end of the printer while the printer is turned ON.
  • Now unplug the power cable from the power source.
  • Next, you have to wait for at least 90 seconds.
  • Now reconnect the power cord to the power socket and also with the printer.
